Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

• Current certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience working with children and adolescents in educational settings
• Strong knowledge of special education evaluations, IEP processes, and interventions
• Ability to manage caseload, complete timely assessments, and generate clear, comprehensive reports
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, staff, and families
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to adapt service delivery as needed
• Commitment to upholding confidentiality and ethical guidelines

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret test results
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams for eligibility, placement, and intervention decisions
• Provide direct counseling and behavioral support to students individually and in groups
• Assist with crisis interventions and contribute to safe, respectful school climates
• Consult with teachers and administrators regarding classroom management strategies and student progress
• Develop and monitor behavioral and academic intervention plans
• Serve as a resource for mental health awareness and social-emotional learning
