Expected Total Compensation: $55,000–$85,000+ | Base Salary + Commission

Nick's Menswear is looking for an exceptional Wedding Coordinator / Stylist to help couples and wedding parties look and feel their absolute best for one of the biggest days of their lives.

This isn't a desk job—and it isn't a traditional retail position.

You'll be part stylist, salesperson, event coordinator, and problem-solver , working directly with brides, grooms, and entire wedding parties from their first consultation through the final fitting.

You'll help clients create their wedding-day look, coordinate every detail, keep timelines on track, and make sure the entire experience feels organized, personal, and exceptional.

We're looking for someone who genuinely loves working with people, builds relationships naturally, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes ownership.

What You'll Do Wedding Consultations & Styling

Lead consultations with couples and wedding parties and help bring their wedding-day vision to life.

You'll guide clients through:

• Suits and complete wedding looks

• Colors and fabrics

• Shirts and accessories

• Custom garments

• Sizing and fit

Your goal is to make the process fun, comfortable, personalized, and easy from beginning to end.

Own the Wedding Experience

You'll manage your wedding parties from the initial consultation through completion.

That includes keeping track of:

• Wedding-party members

• Measurements and sizing

• Orders

• Deadlines

• Fittings

• Alterations

• Pickups

• Client communication

You'll be the person making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Sales & Relationship Building

This is a relationship-driven sales position , not simply a transactional retail role.

You'll learn what each client is looking for, make confident recommendations, and help them build the right look and wardrobe.

The position also offers uncapped commission on custom garments , giving strong performers the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings.

Client Communication & Follow-Through

Stay one step ahead of your clients throughout the entire process.

You'll proactively communicate with couples and wedding-party members by phone, text, and email to keep everyone informed, organized, and on schedule.

Our customers should never have to wonder what happens next.

Problem Solving

Weddings come with firm deadlines—and sometimes things change.

You'll review incoming orders for accuracy, identify potential issues before they become bigger problems, and work with the team to find solutions quickly.

Team Leadership

Become an expert in the Nick's Menswear wedding process and help support and coach other team members in wedding-party service, styling, organization, and customer experience.

Support the Store Experience

When you're not directly working with a wedding party, you'll be part of the overall store team—styling customers, supporting sales, maintaining presentation standards, and making sure every guest receives the Nick's Menswear experience.

You should also be comfortable working with a wide range of personalities—from a nervous groom to a bride with a very specific vision to a group of eight groomsmen who all need your attention.

Experience in hospitality, restaurants, luxury retail, weddings, events, bridal, fashion, styling, sales, or other high-touch customer-service environments can translate extremely well into this role.

Compensation & Benefits

Expected Total Compensation: $55,000–$85,000+ annually

Compensation consists of base salary plus commission , with additional uncapped commission opportunities on custom garments .
